Mike Lindell with Joe Piscopo: Mike to inspire 250k millennials and Mike's Recovery Network

Mike is telling his inspiring story to 250,000 Millenials and Mike's Lindell Recovery Network are the main subjects in this fact-filled interview on The Joe Piscopo Show.

Mike to tell his story to 250,000 Millennials at the Together 2018 Pulse Event

On Saturday, October 20, Mike will be telling his inspiring story to over 250,000 millennials at the Pulse event called Together 2018 at the Texas Motor Speedway. It's a two-day event and, as Mike says, “There's not a better way to reach our Millennials."

At the event, there will be many speakers talking about Jesus in their lives. Towards that, Mike will be telling his story about “how God got me through" his addictions.

Mike did a previous Pulse event in Minneapolis last spring where he spoke to 50,000 Millennials at the USBank stadium. Mike's story was so energizing that people still come up to Mike to tell him how his story gave them hope.

So, as Mike has seen, these Pulse events work, and Mike and the other amazing speakers will be there giving hope all to the 250,000 millennials - plus millions more who will watch via streaming.

Lindell Recovery Network: hope for addicts

Part of Mike’s inspiring story is about how Mike’s crack cocaine addiction was so bad that his dealers actually had an intervention with him after he had been up for 14 days. They did this intervention because, as the dealers said, “You've been telling us for years that you're going to quit drugs and that these pillows are a platform for God. You're going to come back someday and help us.” And, on January 16, 2009, Mike quit all his addictions through prayer and promised God that he would use his pillow platform to promote good.

And, towards that, Mike is going to be at the White House next week for an opioid event with President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and Kellyanne Conway. There, Mike will be introducing his Lindell Recovery Network.

With the Lindell Recovery Network, addicts will be able to find “stories of hope” from others who are their equals. So if you are, for example, a 22-year-old opioid addict, you can put in your age and that you are addicted to opioid, and you will then be presented with "stories of hope" from people you can relate to who have recovered. There will also be faith-based centers that Mike has vetted that you can select from that will help you recover. Plus, there will be paid mentors to help you once you are out of recovery.

Mike’s book, “What are the Odds, from Crack Addict to CEO” will be coming out soon, and all the profits from his book will go towards the Lindell Recovery Network.

Want help for an addict now?

In the meantime, if you know of an addict that needs help, Mike says that the best places to get help are the Salvation Army, Teen Challenge, and Union Gospel. They “are the best” and, not only do they help in recovery, but they also teach new skills so, once out of recovery, people can get gainful employment.

Get out and vote!

People come up to Mike all the time and ask “how can I support the President?” Mike says that you can pray for him. And, get out and vote - and tell your friends and family to get out and vote so America can keep “this amazing path” going.
